Auctioneers Note: We will be selling 5 complete storage units. Bidders will be given five minutes to view units prior to the auction. High bidder will own the entire unit with each unit being sold individually.
Terms: 10% buyer's fee. Cash, Check, Mastercard or Visa with Proper ID. 5.5% Sales Tax. 9% for all other types of payments including credit card. All sales are final and must be settled for on day of sale. Not responsible for accidents or misprints if any. Once sold, items are your responsibility.
